Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Who we are
Constructive Site Solutions (“CSS”, “we”, “us”) provides construction recruitment, workforce development and training services across the UK. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing our services. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@constructivesitesolutions.co.uk.
What we collect
- Enquiry and registration forms — name, phone number, email address, trade, qualifications/card status, and anything you include in your message.
- Recruitment records — where you register as a candidate: work history, tickets and certifications, Right to Work documentation, and references.
- Technical data — basic logs needed to run and secure the website. We do not use invasive advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide our services.
- To match candidates with suitable vacancies and arrange training courses.
- To meet legal obligations, such as Right to Work checks.
- To keep in touch about relevant roles or courses where you have asked us to.
Lawful basis
- Contract — where processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract with you.
- Consent — where you have explicitly agreed to us contacting you.
- Legitimate interests — running a recruitment and training business in ways you would reasonably expect.
- Legal obligation — for example employment and right-to-work legislation.
Sharing
We never sell your data. Candidate details are only shared with prospective employers with your knowledge, and with training providers where needed to book a course. We use carefully chosen service providers (such as email delivery and website hosting) who process data on our instructions.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Candidate records are reviewed periodically and removed when no longer relevant.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@constructivesitesolutions.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
